Returns & Exchanges
All Shannon Passero merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Refund Process
You can return any full price, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 2 weeks of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Items returned after the 2 week window will be refunded at the current selling price.
Please note, all sale items are final sale. 

Exchanges
When making an exchange at Shannon Passero, please select one of the options below:

To exchange for the same item in a different size or color To exchange for a different item To exchange in store
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment. When making an exchange at one of our stores, please bring your original packing list and the items in their original packaging to expedite the process.

Damaged Goods
We always strive for perfection but mistakes happen sometimes. If you find that the item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know. There is a 30 day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Please note that due to the unique and hand crafted nature of many of our products an exact replacement may not be available at the current time. We will do our best to find a product suitable to your needs. Please let us know via email (info@shannonpassero.com) if you do wish to exchange or return the product. Please remember to include the invoice number and the reason for the return and we will confirm the return along with the return address. Once we have received the original item, we will send out the requested exchange item right away or give you a full refund.

Price Matching
If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days that is now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering.Shipping To return your web merchandise, please use one of the following methods:

Shannon Passero is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
Bring your online purchase along with the original packing slip to the store front and we will gladly return it for you within 30 days of your purchase.   After 30 days you will receive a store credit of the price paid.

Exchanges Merchandise
Exchanges can be made using any of the three methods listed above. Before sending your exchange, you must indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicate that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specify on the packing list.
